“I found the HR Business Partner 2.0 program to be informative and beneficial to my professional development. Many of the concepts and lessons were familiar, but there were some I had not considered that pushed me to think about my own work from a more strategic lens. This program would be great for companies with no formal training program for new HRBPs, or seasoned HRBPs that could use a good refresher.”

“This was, without a doubt, one of the best HR courses I’ve ever taken. I gained so much valuable knowledge, and more importantly, I feel confident that I can apply it within my company. What I really appreciated was: The modules were broken down in a way that made it easy to absorb all the information. The quizzes at the end of each module were incredibly helpful for reinforcing and retaining what I learned, and I even started applying some of the knowledge midway through the course. The pacing of the course and the selection of instructors were perfect—I never felt bored or disengaged. A big thank you to the AIHR team for sharing such invaluable knowledge!”
