“Review of AIHR Learning Experience The content provided by AIHR is incredibly comprehensive. Despite having over 20 years of experience in Learning and Development, I found the material to offer fresh perspectives and new learning opportunities. The step-by-step guidance through the process was particularly helpful, and the tools available for download are amazing. During my time with AIHR, I explored many other topics of interest on the platform. The assessments were quite challenging, which sometimes led to overthinking my responses. In hindsight, I wish I had taken an hour or two each day to complete the course, rather than rushing towards the finish line. I would encourage future participants to plan their time effectively to maximize the benefits. Some modules may require more time to fully synthesize and apply the learning. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the learning journey and would highly recommend AIHR's Learning and Development program to L&D professionals. The content is current, relevant, practical, and easy to navigate, providing valuable knowledge with practical applications.”
