“Its an acceptable program to get information and knowledge. However, I consider content should be updated and remain consistency in the downloads materials, as well as the additional resources. Some lessosns are very general, long and boring, but others are pretty useful. Since every lesson is a video, must be more interactive activities and the opportunity to the learners to apply more easily the learnt lessosn.”

The L&D Program at AIHR was a great rehash of concepts I use daily and a solid introduction to some skills I would like to develop further.
