“Too many theories! The organisational culture change module felt out of place with much of the EDI focussed activity. Not enough focus on practical steps to drive change within organisations such as how to increase the diversity of your telent pool, how to attract a broad range of applicants, how to make an economic case for diverity. How to get CEO's to lead on diversity.”
