“I found this course to be thorough and contained many action-oriented guidance that can be applied directly in the workplace. It also included the valuable guidance on how to deal with workplace resistance, seeking stakeholder buy-in and other ways to work through challenges in implementing DEIB principles and practices in the workplace. Very useful and actionable information. Also, I really appreciated how much attention was given to showcase the nuance and real-world challenges involved in thinking about and approaching DEIB in the workplace.
