The content knowledge paired with real-world examples made this course digestible and relevant. It sparked reflection of the various companies I work with and lead to a baseline evlaution of one of those companies. The modules were bite-sized and having 12 months allowed me to really dig in and assimilate the knowledge.

This is a great program - very comprehensive, full of information, practical knowledge, real-life examples and case studies, but also moments of reflection. I loved how it was structured, the mentors and the way the material was explained. Absolutely recommend to anyone who is interested in the topic of DEIB.

I have a diagnosis of ASD, which propelled me to become a leader of a Disability Inclusion chapter of the organization I work for. This have given me the opportunity to be close contact with other people that have a disability and the generalized misconceptions, stereotypes, and challenges; many of them artificial. This course has allowed me to better understand the reasons of exclusion, the way to persuade people to change their mindsets, articulate a sound business case and highlight the many benefits that inclusion can bring to any organization and to society. I am now in a quest to foster pervasive and long-standing cultural changes that allow any person to reach its full potential by removing those artificial barriers.

this program has gave me an overview of how people should really be treated and how people are mostly treated in organisations. When we deal with large workforce it is important to take care of very basic need of employee which is belongingess and psychological safety. Everyone of us either bullied, burned out, faced disrespect in form of humor at workplace which always negatively impacts the productivity. This course gives awide angle view of each and every aspect so that we can learn how to make people feel belonged and included.
