“Fantastic course to get acquainted with the topic of D&I. The course is the right length and is broken into bite-size blocks to allow for those who are working and studying at the same time. The earlier topics were easy to follow and showcased examples from different geographies. Unfortunately as we progressed towards latter topics around Culture with Mr Trompenaars, I often found it hard to follow with longer videos, more complicated theories, wordier slides and buzz words that could have been explained better. Perhaps these topics need to be further broken down into easier-to-understand blocks and in shorter / more videos to ensure better absorption of the subject.”
