“This is a well-rounded program that offers a clear understanding of what DEIB really means in today’s workplaces. The content is easy to follow, even if you’re new to the topic, and it gives practical tools you can actually use, there are however some difficult to wrap your head around areas where I needed to revisit the material more than once to get it to stick. I appreciated how it breaks down complex ideas like equity and belonging into everyday situations. It also makes you think about your own role in creating an inclusive culture. Overall I would say that it is a valuable course for anyone who wants to make their workplace more welcoming and fair and help employees feel like they belong.”
