“It is ok to be scared if you are not an expert in the field of HR, you feel like you start learning interesting things about yourself and expand your vision about cultures like in the OD program, then you realize that it is true, but you also able to translate into Business and leadership skills. Even if you are not going to be a CHRO or a leader, you can become open-minded, when it comes to managing your own life and difficult decisions, which also contain financial matters. Together with OD, Business Partner and People Analytics Certification programs, you can be a viable person.”
