“As someone who is working with a startup in building the HR operation model, this course was extremely helpful for me to step back and understand what I need to prioritize as an HR professional for the people and the business. I liked the fact that it covered the basics of the business model along with understanding how we can keep HR to be lean and agile.”

“it is very academic. some case studies would be appreciated. also sometimes not one answer is right as it depends on the business context. the end of the capstone was confusing, ending with SCRUM. it looked like you did not had a better idea.”
