Great learning. However, it would be more helpful if we get access to Cultural assessment tools and some books (used as reference).

Although it includes 2 repair courses for me since I've completed other certificate programs, the Org Design and COrg Culture information was very clear and engaging. The exam at the end helped bring everything together and test/reflect on my learning.

this is too theoretical.. especially when you have been working in some type of HR activities for 15 year

It did well to break down OD, was engaging and I especially enjoyed the format of the case study delivery. I definitely have an understanding of the intricacies of OD, with the knowledge to build upon.

There were quite a few typos and errors in this course, even on the exam. The community discussion comments were also not related to what we were asked to write about, leading me to believe the content of the course had recently been changed - which is fine, but just a bit disappointing since I could not learn from my peers on those sections. Also, there were a couple of items that were mentioned as review or in quizzes that didn't appear in the lessons. Also, the Organizational Culture modules were the same as in the DEIB certificate which I had recently completed. In general the content is indeed strong, but the experience/execution of the course is lacking from an instructional design point of view. It needs additional review for Quality Assurance and continuity of content.
