“As usual, great product and excellent quality. This particular item was going to be available a couple days later than the rest of my order. ABM customer service contacted me immediately, explained the situation, and offered to ship this separately to avoid delay of the rest of my order. In addition to the excellent products that I receive from them, I'm going to stick with ABM for all of my button products due to their outstanding customer service!”

“I ordered 100 to test how they would work. However, I received the wrong size backs for this kit. I received 1.75" backs instead of the 1.5". I did order the necklace kits at the same time so I am able to make both since the necklaces did come the right backs. Before I review the product however, let me tell you how hard it was to get the RIGHT pieces for my kit: Step 1, I called ABM's phone number that they have on top of the screen. Step 2, I explained my situation to Keith. He offered up a heartfelt apology and a VERY quick solution. The parts I needed were in the mail the same day. Personally, this is why I chose ABM every time and I am so happy I made the smart decision to pick them when I first purchased my button maker. THIS is customer service at it's finest level. To the product: They are just like the pin-back kits. However, the back is flat with a slot on one side so that the slip for the key ring can snap in. I was at first concerned with the durability but after carrying around one of the keychains in my pocket for a week, I can attest to their sturdiness. Also, I posted one picture on Facebook and instantly had 3 orders. It's hard to fight demand! Pro's: Durability, Great packaging as always, A+ Customer service, and it sells itself Con's: N/A”
