“I ordered this machine less than a week ago and I got it about two days ago! I didn't do expedited shipping or anything, so I was excited to see that it had arrived early. The machine is much heavier than I thought, but this is by no means a bad thing! Its very sturdy and has metal parts, and it's obvious that it's very well made. It's my first time purchasing a machine, and I made the mistake of not ordering a cutter to go with it! The size is specific and you can't use craft store punches for it. So be wary of that if you're a first time buyer! And being the antsy and excited person I am, I had to test it out right away, so I hand-cut some circles by using their template provided with their simple first-time use instructions. The machine works very smoothly and works perfectly! I'm not an expert on button machines, but I'm very satisfied with this purchase. If you're concerned about the cost of these machines--don't be. It's definitely a high quality item, and I'm so glad that I didn't order a $200 set off of eBay. It's so worth it to order from this company instead!”

“Fast shipping, well built. I find I will have to come back and order the paper punch because craft store punches will not work. Also, if you order the button pieces you have to order the plastic front covers separately, I could have saved on shipping if I had researched better I guess.”
