“These cutters work well but I feel that the plastic templates should come precut for all sizes that this circle cutter will cut. The plastic template did not cut that well it certainly took more than 10 turns to cut out the 1.5 template. I would pay a reasonable extra price for this improvement.”

“This product is as high a quality as ABM states. I can't attest to the quality of other machines, but this one is solid and I had no problems with making my first set of about 150 buttons for a large event I hosted. I did see the mass-produced 3-in-1 button machines available on Amazon were much cheaper, but I took ABM's word for it that they were of a lesser quality. I also banked on their promise of top-notch customer service, which paid off when I didn't like the original starter kit I ordered (1.25" was just too small for what I needed and I returned it and ordered a 1.5" kit) and they were very helpful. Someone actually answers their customer service line and provides friendly, fast assistance. One warning is to choose wisely when you place your order. My mistake of ordering a kit size too small caused me to lose about $60, as I had to pay return shipping back to ABM (roughly $30) and they deducted their original shipping cost to me (roughly $30) out of the refunded amount. I'm sure that is stipulated somewhere in the fine print, it just caught me off guard to be out-of-pocket over 15% of the full cost of the item for not making my selection carefully enough. I haven't had a chance to use the design software yet, either by the CD's provided or the online version, but I will be trying it for the next project. I would definitely recommended this product to friends, although I'm sure they will just borrow mine :-)”

“This was the perfect beginning package. We bought this as a way to help market our skating rink and for rewarding our skaters for achievement levels. We have had so much fun creating new and exciting buttons. Only took 1/2 hour to read though everything, get it set up and start making buttons. The trial for design center was so helpful and easy to use. Machine and cutting tool are very durable and easy to use. Great company to do business with!”

“Awesome little button maker! I had previously ordered one from ebay that I thought was American made; it was not & was defective. So I returned that & bought this one. I've already made several buttons for my Etsy shop and have not had one problem. When I opened the box the actual machine was pretty greased up but hopefully that means the machine will work smooth. When turning the die to push in the back of the pinback button it is a little hard but I think some grease will clear the problem. Other than that the machine is great. The adjustable circle cutter takes a bit of practice to get a close to perfect cut, but it definitely saves a lot of time as opposed to cutting by hand with scissors. I ordered the 250 button set but I think I'll be ordering more button parts soon.”
