… buying the 3inch was a waste for me. I really wanted the 3.5 inch. So glad to finally have it - and I LOVE the size!

I already had the 1.25" button maker, so I was excited to purchase this larger one. It's just as easy to use as I expected, and is extremely durable. I like the new products that I can make with this larger size.

Bought a 3.5" button machine 3 years ago. Right away had to send it back for them to fix (more money shipping to, the cost to fix it, and the cost to ship back). Lasted 3 years ~ "broke" again a month ago ~ Customer Service couldn't help, so I had to buy another 3.5" button machine. They didn't help me in any way. I was very disappointed that they didn't "work with me" in having to buy 2 $380 machines... Free buttons, free shipping..something..nope. I buy all my supplies from them, and now 2 machines. Nope, nothing. However, the one office worker (I forget her name..maybe something with a B) did help me out by shipping the product that day even though it was after lunch hours ~ Keith would not. They knew how much I needed that machine...and how fast I needed it. She worked with me on that, he would not. I'd like to never have to work with them again, so I sure hope this machine lasts.

Thank you for contacting us regarding your button maker. Sorry to hear you were not happy with your experience. You purchased your machine on 6/25/2020. You contacted us 10/7/2020 saying your machine was not working properly. We issued an RMA for the return of the button maker and when we received it, there was a noticeable scratch in the upper die and a bent guidepost which caused the defective buttons. Scratches can happen if the parts are inserted incorrectly. We repaired the scratches in the die but also had to replace the upper guidepost because someone had bent it, which can only be caused by misuse. We also replaced the upper springs as they were not working properly. You requested to purchase additional upper springs, which we informed you were not serviceable by the end-user and would void the warranty if you attempted to install them. You purchased them anyway at that time. We were able to fix the scratches and replace the parts and the machine was sent back to you. Please note that we are happy to pay the shipping charges or reimburse shipping charges for all defective equipment. Since this was a user error, you were responsible for the shipping charges. Since that time, you have purchased approximately 2,000 button sets from us. You contacted us again in April 2022 stating your machine was making defective buttons again. You stated to our customer service representative when you called that you let one of your “Dance Moms” use the machine without supervision and when you received the machine back, it was making defective buttons. At that time, we asked you to send us photos of the machine so we could help you over the phone instead of having to return the machine for repair and incurring possible shipping charges again. The images you sent us (shown below) indicate the machine had been dropped and the frame bent as it is leaning to one side and the clearance between the left and right side of the dies (shown by arrows) are not equal. At this time, you decided to purchase a new button machine late in the afternoon and we made special arrangements to ship it to you the same day. Your statement of “B) did help me out by shipping the product that day even though it was after lunch hours ~ Keith would not.” I am sorry, I do not recall you asking me to ship your order on the same day? Not sure why I would say no, that is what we do and why we are in business. You also stated, “Customer Service couldn't help, so I had to buy another 3.5" button machine. They didn't help me in any way.” I respectfully disagree. I feel we did help you by troubleshooting the issues with yourself and again with your husband over the phone and identifying the issue, thus informing you the frame on your machine was bent. Once again probably due to someone dropping it on the floor. The damages to your button makers were due to misuse which is not covered by the warranty. We are sorry but are unable to pay for the repair or shipping charges where an end-user has accidentally or purposefully misused their equipment. However, we do cover ALL repairs including misuse and abuse if the customer has purchased our Ultimate Extended Warranty, no questions asked. We stand by our equipment 100% and stand at the ready if you should again need assistance in the future.

This turned out to be an event favourite size. Ran out of these first and the machine punched smoothly, turned easily and was easy for everyone to use.
