“This was my second Suunto EON tank pod, so I can have AI on a pair of side mount cylinders. As with the first, pairing with the EON Core and Steel was as simple as turning on the gas and watching it pop up on the screen. My first one has been completely reliable and went through 200 dives before it needed a new battery. It has a good range and has never suffered from blanking or data drop-outs when used with a single cylinder or backmount twins and I expect the new one to be just as good.”
