“Ordering & payment of salt cell was very easy. Postage/delivery was very quick. However, posting the salt cell [ plastic fragile item ] in a $9.20 Australia Post vinyl satchel, even though the item was packaged in a partially ' thud/impact' type of product, Australia Post is not noted for gentle handling. I have seen the way Australia Post staff throw packaged items into respective postage bags. So, to me, a plastic salt cell should be better packaged protected to withstand Australia Post. The cell is working very well.”
