“It was a pleasure to do business with your Company. The goods arrived in good time and perfect condition. The cartridge was as described and has yet to be I used due to the rainy conditions. We are removing water from the pool fairly frequently. I have 2 of the same filters currently in use. We have a fine silt that clogs the filters and we wash them out when they have been used for a few weeks. But we have been caught out by buying a filter I thought was a Waterco turned out to be a faulty generic. Had no satisfaction with the vendor. Never order again through eBay. Thank you for the excellent service.”
