“I need to explain my 3 stars rate For the company Aquaneo Pool Store I'd have put 4 or 5 stars for : the product price and deliveries fees, availability, quality of the product, treatment of my order. But 1 star for the delivery company choosen !! It has never been specified it'll be DHL for a worldwide delivery, noted Australian Post when ordered... The problem is DHL applies an additionnal fees to deliver my order : 21eur, added to the delivery fees already paid when ordered !!! When you have an initial total order of 53eur and finally you find out you have to pay 21eur, almost half more to get the stuff, it's no longer a bargain To conclude, if I knew it I wouldn't have ordered !!! Here is a point of improvement according to me Thank you Aquaneo Pool Store.”
