“I received the basket and and vacuum plate on 20 March 2023 and found both basket and disc had one of the protruding knobs broken off. Somehow between packing and shipping it must have broken off. I immediately sent emails of to info@aquaneo.com.au . I included photos of area where the knobs(pins) informing you. I sent another email the following day. I still have not received a reply from you. Very disappointing!!”
