Unfortunately, the BILLI 5000 product is bad. The filter cutoff renders the product inoperable when the filter expires. This is not explained by some vendors. Filter replacement is problematic because of the programming of the chip in the filter. The filters impart a metallic taste to the water.
The ZIP product allows use without filters.”
