“Unfortunately the filter didn't work. I got a technician to check out our Billi Eco, which whilst led to other repairs needing to be done (hot water tank level sensor, power board), still didn't fix the yellow flashing lights when installing the new filter. The technician needed to replace my new filter with another new one to stop the yellow flashing lights. Unfortunately, the technician threw out my purchased filter so couldn't seek a refund.”

“Buying filters each year is a necessary evil of owning a Billi but at least you can pick when to buy them for maximum savings. I bought two at the end of the financial year, so I got a 10 percent discount from Aquastream. The Billi requires a genuine new filter each year or it will stop working. Activating a filter starts a timer which continues for 12 months, even if the filter is removed and put on the shelf, so buy from a reputable dealer. Aquastream have always been reputable and efficient in my dealings with them.”
