“I recently (6month) installed a new zip hot water filter water and sparkling water unit. I called Zip they were not very much help they wanted to send a technician to replace the water and Co2 filter. I Got online and called Aqua Stream they were very pleasant accommodating and easy to deal with I wasn’t too technical of the person helped identify the issue and certainly two replacement units for a quarter of the price that Zip was going to charge send technical person to replace the unit.”
