“Product is great. But only comment is that when I got my product, it had a different colour label. If did check the codes but because it differed from the website pic of the product. I did call your customer service and he kindly reassured me that it was the right product and that the new label was new and so website will be updated. I checked today and it still hasn't changed. Anyway just a suggestion.”
“Even though we are very disappointed with the zip hot water unit it is not because of the filter. These filters are a much better value for money option than buying from zip.”
