“The purchasing process was easy however the delivery method was not ideal due to using TNT who will not leave a parcel if I am not home, thus, drop the parcel at a local newsagent where I need to go and collect it. Using Australia Post would make this more efficient as they are happy to leave parcels at a safe drop location on the property.”
