The price sure can be a massive expense, especially in today's economic climate. We are doing our best to keep the pricing as low as we can to try and we are always looking at methods to keep them competitive.
One potential option to save some of the cost is to use our DIY video guides to change the filter yourself. Click on the blog link at the top of the website to navigate to the guides.
We also offer phone support on 1800 446 500 to help guide you through the filter change.

“Product is great. But only comment is that when I got my product, it had a different colour label. If did check the codes but because it differed from the website pic of the product. I did call your customer service and he kindly reassured me that it was the right product and that the new label was new and so website will be updated. I checked today and it still hasn't changed. Anyway just a suggestion.”
