Australia Post tracking shows that the flight it was on took off from Brisbane on Saturday at 9.28 am but didn't arrive in Auckland until Tuesday at 8.37 pm, a mere 83 hours of flight time later. This suggests that it must have gone around the world a couple of times instead of just across the Tasman. Now it's Thursday evening and it still hasn't arrived in Christchurch.
None of this is Aquastream's fault, but it is a frustration when buying from overseas. Hopefully, Australia Post performs better for you Aussies.”
