“I'm not certain if zip has changed their filters but the one I received was not the metallic one in the pictures online, instead a plastic one with a zip logo was delivered, with the same code though. Would've been nice if someone gave me a heads-up.”

On your website I chose Australia Post as the carrier, and package to be left at the local post office for me to pick up. However, you sent it with Couriers Please, and Aus Post would not accept it so it was sent back to you. I then asked you to send it to the Nextra shop that is next door to the post of office, only to recieve a message that it came by Aus Post was left at the Post Office!!! The whole exercise took 10 days and three journeys between Toowoomba to Wynnum. I could have walked there and picked it up.”
