“I paid for three day express shipping and my order was shipped via UPS ground. The company reimbursed part of my shipping cost, but the hats arrived much later than expected. When they did finally arrive, the hats were tiny. They wouldn’t even fit my eight year old. They must be made for newborns! Terrible quality!”
