“I had apair of thes eboots for less than 2 years and the rubber bumper spilt on the stitching on both sides of both boots , Aigle have a two year warranty on all boots , and having contacted them ,I returned my boots to Ardmoor who processed the return for me . Aigle accepted the defect and replaced the boot with a new pair , I would have preferred a repair as I had broken them in over the time I had them ,but in absolute fairness , they honoured the warranty fairly .The new boots are nice , they can however be a bit unforgiving on the sides causing some pain ,Im sure they will soften soon”

“I am a shooter and beater and need a good strong boot to cope with both activities. I am not a fan of the taller 10" boots so finding these was a real bonus, they offer a good rugged sole, not yet tested on the muddy ground. The boots after one wearing moulded themselves nicely to my feet, and are a true size 9 fit. The rubber gusset around the toes offers added protection . The price offered by Ardmoor made the purchase a no brainer . A good purchase”

“Wanted a short, leather waterproof boot for everyday wear around the farm. These seem perfect. Lightweight and comfortable. I always give new boots a good leather treatment and so far these are waterproof in very wet, long grass. At this price I am very pleased.”

“This is the 4th pair of these boots I have bought for members of my family, having started with a pair for myself. The reason I buy them is that they are 100% waterproof. We spend a lot of time walking across boggy moors in Scotland and Ireland and together with a pair of gaiters and waterproof trousers, we never have wet feet. They don’t need wearing in and none of us have had blisters. My daughter was wearing hers in the house yesterday and said ‘they feel like coming home’. I have recommended these boots to many people. They are worth every bit of the 5* rating.”
