“I visited the Brisbane store on a Sunday and my instore service started well. The salesman demonstrated the different pianos and explained how to use them. According to the store website the Casio was in stock so I placed an order and paid a deposit, then was told that actually there weren’t any in stock but one would be ordered and would arrive by the Friday of that week. I called on Friday to be told that there was no delivery and phone calls to Casio would be made....but by Tuesday there was still confusion and no result, so I went in to the store again to retrieve my deposit. Finally I ordered it online which was very satisfactory. The contact, delivery details and updates via Machship were clear and accurate and the piano arrived as promised by them within the week. I’m very happy with the piano so far, but my instore experience wasn’t great. Thank you.”
