Could add some perks to the product like headphones and stand to stay above competitors.
One compliant that I have is, the delivery team rang my doorbell, before I reached the door (hardly 30 seconds). The delivery staff placed my Keyboard near the dustbins (in open air, no roof) and prepared to leave the place. Fortunately, there was no rain, that day. I strongly believe, that’s not the way to leave a electronic product in open air, specially place like Melbourne, where rains are unpredictable. The outer cover (cardboard) had three dents in it, which clearly shows, the packers handled the parcel roughly, considering it is a electronic product.
I strongly suggest that the delivery staff should stay at the doors at lest for 3 minutes to deliver the parcel to the owner or they must place a fragile electronic product somewhere safe and under a roof.
