“My Yamaha P-125 is exactly what I need, and is perfect for someone beginning or re-learning the piano. The L125 stand that came with it is pretty easy to assemble, and kept the piano stable. The only problem I had was with the shipping of my piano. Unfortunately, TOLL took 10 days to deliver it, which during these difficult times I would understand, but they also did not contact me at all with updates. The tracking number that was initially sent out to me only sent me to a page that gave me the estimated date - with no updates on where my piano was, and how much longer it would take. Luckily the Australian Piano Warehouse’s customer service is great, and when I spoke to Craig Maria, he sent me a detailed tracking page that showed me that my piano had been out for delivery for three days. Then they attempted to deliver to the wrong place and I had to ring TOLL. All of this was very stressful, and I recommend that the Australian Piano Warehouse work with another freight company, if at all possible. I am grateful to all the help I got from Craig, who even emailed TOLL for me at one point, but it was an ordeal to get my piano home.”
