“I love this! It keeps me from having that last drink or makes me wait longer than I normally would. If you have issues with it try changing out the battery, any issues I’ve had were fixed by that. I did contact customer service once before figuring it out and they were very helpful.”

“I often have a drink or two when out and fear the dwi. I have used this multiple times now and it will show .05 when I’m leaving giving me a piece of mind. I’m not sure of the accuracy since I have nothing to compare it to but, I’ve done the drinks per hour rules and it seems reasonable. I have the keychain version and love its portability and it’s a great conversation piece along with a little reassurance. I would recommend this to anyone that has a few drinks with friends and wants to make sure they aren’t going to endanger others. Remember judgement is impaired after drinking and overconfidence becomes a flaw.”
“Unfortunately the product did not work as expected. I replaced the battery to brand new one but it worked sporadically (worked one time then 10x in a row I got an error message it was not registering a blow), and other times 'based on what I felt it should be for a reading' didn't provide an accurate reading. Another time 'zero' drinks starting in and it said I was already @ .19. Disappointed as I thought this would be a great opportunity to 'check in on my self' when out having drinks before driving home; and/or share with a friend if I think they shouldn't be driving after too many!”

We appreciate your feedback. Please be sure to wait at least 20 minutes after having your last drink before testing and wait 20 minutes in between each test in order for the sensor to reset. If you are testing back to back, the sensor will be oversaturated which will likely lead to inaccurate readings.

“As someone with a DUI on the past, accurate readings are very important to me. Every other brand I’ve used has given results all over the place and were incredibly inaccurate. I did my research and the C6 has been shown to produce accurate results in an incredibly small form factor. Just look it up on YouTube and you will see its THE one to get. A close friend happened to show up at my house as I was getting it from my mail box and she was the first to test it after me blowing a .000. She is much smaller girl and thought she was legal. I'll just say she was a LOT higher than she predicted. I immediately bought another C6 for her. everyone who drinks should have one in their glovebox.”
“This is compact and easy to use. I don’t know why I didn’t buy a breathalyzer sooner. I have always struggled with blackouts from alcohol. I’m sure it has to do with drinking liquor and not eating enough when I drink. This was a huge (and unsafe) struggle all of my college years and into mid 20s. I don’t drink all that often anymore, but when I do, my tolerance is even lower now. Having this breathalyzer really helps me pace myself. You’re supposed to wait 20 minutes after drinking before testing, so I try to be mindful of that 20 minute pause, and then test. I can now gauge how much I’m being impacted by each drink. I’m a numbers person, so being able to see a number and quantify the effects of each drink really helps me self monitor. I’m sure most people use it to make sure they are safe to drive. We will use it for that too. But helping to prevent blackouts was a huge appeal for me. I know not everyone experiences that with alcohol, but if you’re someone that does black out easily, you know how scary that can be. I’m really happy I bought this!”
