“I bought a Bactrack S80 pro and worked well. I then bought the c6 keychain for both me and my son. Both of us independently had bad experiences. After a little while it would work, reported "error". Do not buy this model. Then I tried calling customer service, asked me to leave a voice mail. I will wait to see if anyone calls. If I don't get some type of support or discount, will never by from Bactrack again.”
“I purchased both the Mobile and C6 Keychain models, and both read consistently. Readings jive roughly with expectations from calculators based on consumption, weight, time, etc, and food ingested (which affects absorption). The C6 works well both as standalone or through the phone App (iphone in my case). Just press the button for 11 seconds to switch between the two modes. It's small and easy to use. The calculation on "time to be sober" (i.e, 0% blood alcohol) is consistent with the human alcohol metabolizing rate (0.016%/hr), and with a bit of arithmetic, you can scale to the shorter time to get down to a non-zero level you may feel is safe for what you want to do. I think their quoted calibration cost is reasonable. I'm happy with it so far, and I hope that it proves durable.”
“Unfortunately for me, this has been a total waste of money. No matter how drunk anyone is, this will always give a 0 raiting. Seems like I got a dude. An expensive dud.”
“So far so good. I am familiar with this product, however never used one until now. It is pretty accurate with no false positives. This is a big deal for me due to some people have diabetes and/or are on a low calorie diet which could cause a false positive in other products. I also got these as gifts for my adult kids who are legal to drink so they are more aware and responsible for drinking alcohol. This gives them a more accurate reading. I wish more of the younger generations would use this product so they are more responsible when drinking alcohol.”

“My wife and I have both tried this device multiple times after drinking, and it always shows 0.000 if we wait the suggest 20 minutes before testing. Not a helpful device, since it doesn't show accurate results.”
“I came upon this in the store and thought it would be a good upgrade to replace an older model I've had. Seemed great from the packaging saying you can connect it to your smartphone, that was a main selling point. Nowhere on the packaging does it say that its compatible with only certain phones; I had to find that out once I was trying to download that app and it said that my phone wasn't compatible (which it should be as is running Android 8). Also even figuring out which app was the correct one was a challenge on is own. They only instructions in the manual were to just search BACtrack. The company has 3 separate apps not to mention all the other ones that show up.”
