“Received my new keychain Bactrack. Great updates to the product in terms of size and operation. Not only can you use the mobile app to see your BAC but now you can also see it on the device itself. Intuitive changes made by the company and as always, very accurate. This device is a great tool to help you understand your consumption and tolerance. This does not, however, give anyone a green light to drink and drive. Be safe and use it as a fun device to share with friends. If you're drinking, find someone else to drive who isn't.”
“Have only tried it a couple of times. But it's really nice. That on this one. You can choose between standalone and app mode. Something that wasn't possible on the old model. I am not sure about how accurate this is. But I think it gives you a good idea of your alcohol level. Great product.”
“Found this to be very handy to use in App mode and seems to be very consistent in readings of blood alcohol level. Remarkable for such a compact device. I discovered that my wife is a real lightweight and poorly metabolizes alcohol and I confirmed why I'm always the designated driver due to being twice her body mass and a fast metabolizer of alcohol. Very handy!”
“Really like the how small this thing is and easy to use. It delivers the results very quickly. It's accurate too, police grade quality! The really cool thing is just prior to testing it asks you to guess your BAC. Then you can compare your guess vs. reality. My friends and always guess too low. I've won more than one bar bet because ppl always think they're more sober than they actually are! Buy extra mouthpieces!”
“I was genuinely surprised at how small this thing is. Works really well and seems to be accurate. I also really like how you can use it in standalone mode or app mode. I've used the other smartphone BACtracks before, which are cool, but sometimes it's nice just to get your result on the device without using your phone. Definitely would recommend this, especially since it's only fifty bucks.”
“I've had mine for a couple months. I find the results are very inconsistent. A lot of time after a couple of beers I'll blow a 0.000, then blow again and get a 0.02-0.03ish (or vice versa). The false zeros scare me...”
