Have had this product for roughly 1 month. Used this 3 times as instructed but thought the readings were off. Used it in the morning after an evening without alcohol and blew a .03. Having to send in for calibration after this short of a time will be frustrating.

I've bought two of the C6's for me and a friend and the C8 for me. I find it fun, and pretty dang accurate. The fun stops at the end of the night when you realize your judgement is off.

I CHECK TO SEE WHERE IM AT WHEN I GET UP..SOMETIMES HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL NOON BEFORE I DRIVE TO TOWN,,

I will update when the 3rd c8 gets recalibrated. 2 traces 3 c8s bought to make a point. Not 1 of 4 them within .01 let alone +/- .005 like they say. Don't waste your money

Unit stopped working. Contacted customer service. They had me send bad unit to them. They promptly replaced with a new unit. Works great.

Device works great. Had issues with mine while it was under warranty. They provide a free shipping label to return it. It was tested (on /off switch was bad) and they sent my a FREE replacement. Customer service reps were very knowledgeable and friendly. Will buy this product again.

This product was defective, and support did not follow up with multiple queries. Do not purchase!

Bactrac cancelled my order twice. I never received this product. Supposedly cancelled because they thought my order was fraudulent. I tried to order on 2 different occasions with different credit cards.
