“It stands out well above the cheaper brands and gives reliable readings when checked against other meters.However it is very hard to get a reading and one needs to try over again up to six times to avoid a "FLO" error message and get a valid reading. Battery life appears to be good.”

This device feels like a quality heavy duty breathalyzer that's made to last. And, most importantly, the results are so accurate and consistent. Like other breathalyzers using the same technology, it will need to be returned to BACtrack each year or so for calibration. I haven't yet needed to do this so I can't comment on it. Just be aware that it will eventually be necessary to keep it accurate.”
