“I was ticked off my professional BACtrack broke on me. I sent it in for calibration and they told me it wasn't fixable. They gave me $40 off a new professional BACtrack. Worth it thus time. If this one breaks within 3 years... We'll nit sure. Until then I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. So 5 out of 5 for good customer service.”
“Had to purchase this as a replacement as we were told that our first one we bought 5 years ago could not be calibrated any longer. Our new one takes longer to give a reading, the tip is not as stable and it does not start to register until about 4-5 where our old one would start to register right away.”
