“The element seems accurate and stays calibrated. I also bought a key chain model, and the small white one. They both lost their calibration almost immediately, rendering them useless. But, I would buy the element again.”

I didn't realize these required calibration, so towards the end it started under-reading. I sent in for calibration & was told couldn't be done- I'd had it 3yrs & used 1,600 times. They offered me $40 off for a new one & I turned it down & had my old one sent back. Mistake. Should've taken the deal. Just ordered the S80 w/ 20% discount free shipping $104 total. Top of the line, supposed to last a long time. No more DUIs. But this Element is very good too. Don't get a cheap one.”
