“I owned a S75 Pro for 6 years when it finally stopped giving 'reasonable' results.
So, I sent it in to be calibrated and charged the $24.99 calibration fee to my credit card.
I received an email response from BACtrack stating that my S75 could not be calibrated and that the calibration fee would be refunded.
He also offered a discount on the purchase of any PRO model.
So, I purchased an ELEMENT PRO - which was delivered in 2 days!
BUT! The new unit was totally out of wack. It was giving constant .825 readings for ANYBODY who tested on it.
So, I emailed a request for an RMA.
I got a reply from Customer Support authorizing the return.
I also called and spoke with Customer Support about the issue.
He immediately sent me a new Element PRO and included a prepaid shipping label for the unit to be returned.
So, I had the replacement unit before I returned the defective unit.
The new unit works as it should.
As it says in the title: Customer Support is EXCELLENT!”
“This is my 2nd Element unit and will buy another when necessary. I go my last one in Feb. I would like for your company to remind in Jan. to have my breathalyzer re-calibrated.

“I got this new model because my older one couldn't be calibrated anymore. So I got $40 off a new one. It looks the same as the Element I had, but it often gives me an error when I blow into it. I have to try several times. It just seems more finicky.”
“Great service and fast shopping but beware final cost if in Canada. Taxes on Canadian amount $10 plus $10 USPS handling fees. The extra $20 on an $80 purchase was a surprise. The should allow alternate shipping. USPS to Canada sucks.”
