My older version work good, but the new one I gave to my cousin is not working properly. The time count for some reason is counting fast and I still have another one I'm suppose to give to a friend and hopefully that one will work fine.. pending

Most of the time when I try to use my BAC keychain, the battery sign blinks when it gets down to 23 seconds and then turns off. I tried replacing the battery using 3 different brands of AAA batteries, and it will allow 1 test, 2 maximum. Do I need to get it recalibrated?

I purchased several for Christmas gifts for the whole family. We all love the product. It is convenient, light weight and accurate. We are now more aware of our sobriety. It is a very useful tool along with common sense. Thank you

Tried it on four people, seemed to work well. If you just took a drink and had alcohol still in your mouth read high even though she only had one drink.

Let's you monitor the effect that alcohol has on you BAC, one drink @ a time. PRICELESS. Not only would I recommend a BACtrack device, I'd buy a friend one.

Have used the BACtrack several times. Tested with no alcohol consumption and various levels of consumption. The readings seem to be consistent and within reason based on the number of drinks. What I have no way to gauge is if the readings themselves are accurate compared to a police BAC test.

Follow the instructions. Wait 15 mins after drinking, smoking, eating before testing. Test before drinking, after one drink, two drinks, etc. test at end of drinking. Establish a baseline for yourself on how your body processes alcohol. When used correctly, this nifty and cheap device can accurately measure your level of intoxication. I wouldnt trust it to use in a "should I drive?" Scenario, but it helps to recognize how your body reacts to intoxication- ie. how many it takes to put you over the limit. I found that after 2 glasses of red wine i am at 0.07! Ive driven on 2 glasses of wine before, i know better now. Wonderful for education, whenever i test myself, everyone around wants a go! Would buy again.
