“I bought this for two reasons, to see which one of my friends were drunker and to make sure we all got safe. As soon as it came in, my friends and I started drinking heavily and using the Backtrack to see who was more drunker, like typical college kids. It started off fairly accurate, but it would go crazy sometimes. My friend was really drunk so we made him blow, he blew a 0.07. He chugged a beer, waited 15 minutes and blew again, 0.04. There was no way he was more sober. This has happened numerous times. But overall, it has kept my friends and I safe while being a fun party tool. I now breathalyze all my friends if they;re driving to make sure they stay alive and well.
I wish I could try the more expensive Bactracks, but this is what I could afford. It's not 100% accurate, but we use it as hand rails. And no piece of technology can replace good judgement. Even if it's a bit inaccurate at times, it's still a great tool to have at your disposal.”

“I bought 7 of these, one for every adult member of our family. After struggling to open the first one (oh, that did take 20 minutes!), I read the instructions. Who sits around for 20 minutes after eating or drinking anything waiting to take the test! All except the one I ripped open are going back. How disappointing.”
“Bought mine about a month and a half ago. Got to use it twice. Very easy and quick to use. Thought it would be extremely handy being on my keys. Sadly, I think I handle my keys to roughly. After two days of travel on my key ring, it only gives me an error when attempting to blow air into it. Suggestion, don't keep on your keys. On the two occasions I used it, the results seemed accurate as long as there was ample time between your last sip and when you test as the residual drink will cause a higher reading. Keep this product by your front door or in your glove compartment and I'm sure it will have a long life. I wish I had been able to use it longer.”
