“My only complaint is that it stopped working properly after about 2 years. We absolutely loved using this to make sure we were good to drive. But after about 2 years of use, it started giving us the FL error... and the warranty is only good for 1 year. However since it's reasonably priced, I'll definitely be purchasing a new one.”

“Very disappointed in my purchase. Read reviews online and it sounded like a good deal for a general use breathalyzer. Way wrong. Out of the box the unit reads 0.00 everytime following the 20 minute wait period. Even tried right after taking a sip of beer and still 0.00. should not need to calibrate right out of the box”

“LOVED this keychain... great to have for yourself and for friends to ensure no one drives under the influence. First time I bought it, it worked great for about a year... then it started misbehaving and having errors, so I sent it in for calibration. BACtrack emailed me saying they were unable to calibrate it and told me to buy a new one. I did, and after a year it stopped working (didn't bother to send it in for calibration). LOVED it while it worked, but annoyed that it needs to be re-purchased every year. On the fence as to whether or not I'll buy it again or try a different brand.”
