“Had fun using it at the Super Bowl party. I can't say how accurate it is, but one very drunk person blew very high and I only had two glasses of wine and blew below the legal limit. So I assume it's somewhat accurate. The beeper could be a little louder because no one could hear when it was time to blow. And this was just in a regular house setting - not a noisy bar. So, you just have to do as the instructions say and get ready to blow at "2". I like it and continue to carry it on my key chain. Would recommend.”
