“I recently purchased Backtrack Vio to work with my smart phone it was easy to use and seems to be accurate .I would recommend this unit if you would like to go have a few and limit yourself .Still be careful out there its not the eighties anymore !”
“I can't seem to get the unit to get above .079, unless I take a drink and swish it in my mouth. At that point the most it rises to is .11. I got one of these units to avoid the harsh DUI laws here in AZ, but I cannot rely on this unit to help. The only reason I rated three stars, is the ease of use, the information in the app, and the compact size of the unit.”
“I bought this as a christmas gift for a friend. He was excited to get it. However tge device has been wildly inaccurate and inconsistent. I feel as if it is just a novelty item”
“As an Australian needed to open a US iTunes account to download the iPhone App. There was no warning about this when I purchased although address details clearly identified me as an Australian. But once done the unit has worked perfectly. Great size, nicely portable on the keyring and very easy to use.”
“I got this for my wife for Christmas and she loved it. It interacts well with her i-phone 6 and seems to be pretty accurate (and yes, testing it is half the fun :)”
“I bought this a couple of months ago. Every time, and I mean every time, I blew my breath test it was WRONG. I had not had anything to drink for 3 days and the results measured alcohol intake.
I would love this thing to be accurate, but as it stands, it is not.
(Hey Bactrack, do I possibly have a defective product?)
thanks”
“Seems accurate as long as you wait 15minutes after your last drink. I gave one as a gift for Christmas, to my wife, and we still cannot get it to connect to her iPhone 4.”
