“It worked fine at first but then I started to have glitches. I've had many technical issues starting from not sending emails to not being compatible with my phone. Despite them saying it is compatible with all devices it is not compatible with my android, I had to purchase an alternative phone to just have the app on as this is something that is court ordered.”
“My many year old BACtrack Mobile was getting tired and was no longer able to be recalibrated so it was time for a new one. I'm a bit disappointed it hasn't been updated to a USB-C from microUSB, but other than that, it's still the great little breathalyzer it always was. I have to remember to use it at least once a month to keep it "moist" to prolong its longevity. This is pebbly why my original failed and was no longer able to be recalibrated.”

“I got this unit as a court ordered alternative to getting an alcohol ankle monitor. I have been sober for 6 months and have had 3 false positives in the last 3 months. I can test and it give me a positive result. Then test again and it be 0. It worked great when I first received it, but the longer I've had it the more common it seems to be inaccurate. If you need this for a similar reason I highly do not recommend.”
