“Hey! love the product but 1 thing to note is that at first I kept getting incomplete tests. I would begin to exhale as soon as it told me too. Being prompted that I must continue for the full 6 seconds.
What i found was if you begin your test a few seconds before youre told its ready that the issue goes away! Thought I might save some frustration!”

My ex can schedule tests ahead of time or I can test whenever convenient for me! You can see schedule tests to be able to make plans accordingly, but you really can test anywhere!”

Software required some help to set up.
A few notes: testing windows are 35 minutes (as opposed to one hour in our agreement). Our schedule is every other week and app only has weekly scheduling so I have to update manually.

“The new updates are awful. It resets (which takes forever) if your face is not fully up on your phone and in the frame. I often am driving during my designated testing times and have had to exit the freeway on multiple occasions to get a good test. The updates are terrible making this product a nuisance rather than a positive attribute to my sobriety. It is not friendly for casual users but rather frustrating, punishing and difficult as if that is the intent.”
