“The thing works fine. I do not like how you HAVE to have your phone for this to work. I thought I was buying a stand alone device that would connect to your phone. I think it's kind of stupid that it makes you guess you BAC, but I guess that is for conditioning for when you phone isn't working and you need to know your BAC.”

“The original BACtrack I ordered wouldn't charge, and actually ended up not being the model I wanted. (I ordered the wrong one.) I got the info to return the defective device, and the ok to exchange it for the one originally intended. That was back in June. Since then I have called, emailed, and my roommate has even tweeted, but we have heard basically nothing.
It's been 3 months since the device was returned, and at this point, I'm fairly certain we will never get the product we paid for.”
