“This product looks and feels great. Then it stops working. I get a false reading on the batteries ALL THE TIME. Popping the back off and flipping the batteries usually works but who wants to do that? The memory button NEVER worked. Sometimes I fell like I have to blow for ten seconds and then it takes almost a minute, sometimes, to process. It seems cool to show off to your friends but I would NOT trust is. Just think, if the battery sensor does not even work, why would the alcohol sensor?”
“The BACtrack that I purchased is really good for checking BAC to give you an indication of your status if you drink during a meal or after an evening of social acctivity. I had the key chain device before purchasing the BACtrack Trace Pro. I had to get use to the 5 seconds of breathing into the new device that has very little breathing resistance compared with the smaller unit. I still get 2 or 3 "low flow" messages before I can get a reading.”
