“I was out having a good time with a buddy at the club and after we left I used the device to test my level. It read a .085, so I decided to do some simple exercises and jogged down the road to the convenience store to get a bottle of water. I finished half of the bottle and tested my level again and it read a .070. I decided to trust the device and drive to that buddy's house. I had never been pulled over for suspected DUI before, so it was coincidental that this was the first time I put the device to its true test.
