“This was a good product but it broke on me and the number on the package was unreachable. There was nowhere to go for repairs or for recalibration. It was convenient, easy to use and I used it all the time. I have an interlock on my car and needed to know if I had had a drink if I would be able to start my car without getting an error before I even tried and this was great! I wish there was somewhere nearby that sells them so I could just run out and get another one.”
