“After receiving a defective item I have been trying for literally months to get a refund. One email started to look like we were going to get this resolved. No replies to all other attempts. What a frustrating experience! I don't think there is anyone on the other end of their customer service emails. According to the defective unit we received we should both be dead of alcohol poisoning. All attempts at trouble shooting failed to improve the results.”

“This is the second one I have purchased, first one for me, second one for my son. As long as the readings are accurate, it works great. I use it mostly at home, to judge how drinking affects my level and keep it in the car to check before I drive. Would never drive over .03, It seems there is a difference between the first test I do and the 2nd and 3rd. Seems to stabilize on 2 and 3. Would recommend you do 2 tests "just to be sure"”
